With the E error code, Bradley smoker is telling us that the Bisquettes are not progressing. If you think that the Bradley smoker puck feeders are causing problems and that the bisquettes do not go inside of the smoke, check the drive guide. It could also get jammed by dust.
You need a screwdriver to break the thick dust that accumulated in your house. You can also clean the dust with an air compressor. Don’t forget to clear away any wood chips that you have. Also try to clean the smoke generator. This will enable the bisquettes movements to be smooth again.
When you get an error code e1, it means that there is a faulty sensor wiring in the smoker. This wire is the wire that goes from the generator to the tower. If the wire connection between these two wires is somehow loose, just unplug them from both ends. Then plug the device back in again after waiting for a few minutes. That fixes the issue with faulty sensor wiring.
Meaning: failure of the heat element. When the cabinet temperature decreases more than 8° in five minutes and the internal temperature falls to less than 80%, this error message will appear.
First, cancel the alarm by pressing the rotary dial to the right. You should change the faulty heating elements in order to solve this problem.
That means biscuit burner failure. During that time, the temperature drops to less than 100° and then decreases less than 3° in a minute.
As in the first solution, you should cancel the alarm using the rotary dial. After that, you must replace the faulty heating element.
Meaning of this: jammed bisquette. In the event that the turning table rotation isn’t detected within a minute, the rotation reverses and attempts to advance again for 30 seconds. There will be an error code, Err3 which will be displayed, when this process fails three times straight.
By pressing the rotary dial, you can cancel the alarm. Clear the jammed bisquettes in order to fix the problem.
