The controller has sensed that there is a risk of a runaway oven. It is possible that the relay has been shorted, and the RTD sensor probe may have gone bad. Check the probe on the RTD sensor and replace it if necessary. If your oven is overheating, disconnect the power. If the oven does not overheat when the power is reapplied, replace the relay board and/or display board.

Shorted key: An alarm system will be activated if a key is pressed for a long time. That will be considered a shorted key alarm, and it will end all oven activity.
