Error Code: D

The first error code in the LG dryer is D code. D code followed by numbers shows that the dryer has a problem with the exhaust system. The warning system will beep a few times. When you hear the warning alarm, turn off the dryer.

Make sure that the dryer has enough time for cooling down before you turn it on. It takes around 2 – 5 minutes to cool down when the D error code appears in the dryer.

Error Code: FO

The next error code is FO. FO means filter out in the dryer. If you see this code, check the filter. Make sure we installed it properly. You can also take the filter out, and put it again to the right part of the housing.

The next error code is CL. When CL appears, this means that the child lock feature is active. If you want to disable this feature, hold the button for 3 secs. Make sure you activate this feature when you have children in your house.
