First of all, this is very common. It happens when the infuser is not properly replaced after cleaning. So you must shut off the coffee machine.
Take the water tank out of the tank. Open the door to the infuser area that is positioned on the right side of the coffee machine. You should press the 2 colored buttons inwards while you pull out the infuser. You should then replace the infuser by sliding it onto the internal support. When you push the push symbol fully into the infuser, it will click into place. It is possible for the infuser to be difficult to insert, so you can squeeze the two levers to cause the infuser to be smaller. After insertion, make sure that the two colored buttons that are inserted are popped out again. After you close the door, put the water tank back in the tank.
Another possible cause of this error is a clogged water filter. So you must remove the filter and clean it. After that, you must push the water filter back into place and make sure that it is in place.
