Verified solution

Sometimes, common device errors or server problems can also cause this error.

To fix this error, you need to try a few solutions.

  1. Check any knotted or frozen drain pipe
  2. Restart the drain program
  3. Make sure the water level is not too high or too low
  4. Replace any faulty hose or brand pipe

One possible solution you can try is to check any knotted or frozen drain pipe. The following instructions will help you in removing any knotted or frozen drain pipe.

Step 1: Unplug your device and remove the power cord from the electrical outlet.

Step 2: Turn off the water supply to your device by turning off the valve on the wall of your home. The valve should be located in a corner of your home. You can find it by turning off all water valves in the home.

Step 3: Place a bucket under the sink and turn on the cold water tap in your sink. You can use a pair of pliers to remove any blockage if you find one on your pipe while doing this step. Turn on only one cold water tap at a time until you have removed all blockages from the pipes in your home.

You might want to place some plastic containers under some taps to catch any drips that might occur when you turn them on for this purpose. Once you make sure there is no damaged drain hose, restart the drain program.

Make sure the water level is not too high or too low inside the washer and dryer unit.

If there are damaged faulty hoses, locate a plumber who has experience with this kind of repair work and ask him to come over to fix your device. Make sure that he is qualified for this type of work and that he has access to all necessary tools for this repair work.

This repair will take some time, so you need to be patient.
