Check if the retaining bolts are removed from the back of the appliance. You can easily remove the power supply cable and the drain hose by removing the hose holders that are included in the appliance. Sometimes you can see water that is flowing from the drain hose. If you see water flowing from the drain hose, it is because factory technicians are testing the appliance with water.
Take out the three screws that secure the water hose and remove the plastic spacers that are on the inside of the washer. Use the spanner that came with your appliance to secure the water hose to the drum of the washing machine. If you use the washer after having installed the necessary accessories, you will have to cover the holes with a plastic cap that comes with the washer. If your washing machine has a top hole for putting the smallest cap F, place the bigger cap G in the bottom hole of your washer.
Check if the washing machine is level by lifting or lowering the feet of the washing machine. If the washing machine does not feel level on all four feet, try using a spirit level to check whether the machine is level or not. Adjust the feet that are on the machine using a spanner that comes with the appliance. Check that all the items that you put in the washer are loaded in the right order.
Small loads may cause spin problems and cause your machine to produce excessive noise. If this happens, just stop using the appliance. If you experience this, stop the program and open the door to the washroom. Move all the load and clothes in the tub as evenly as possible to ensure that they are evenly washed. When you press the Start/Pause button on the washing machine, the spin cycle will continue.
Try to ensure that the water filter is not clogged and that water is flowing freely from the appliance. If your water filter gets clogged, you will have to change the filter or change the water pressure to prevent water from coming out of your washing machine.
