The EH3 error code is related to the voltage being too low, power supply problems (incorrect / disturbance) or the circuit board being faulty. It may be an issue with the power supply or that something has gone wrong with the electronics.
Check the power supply voltage from the mains power source. It should be within acceptable range for the model you are using. There should be an output voltage that is exactly the right voltage for the machine. It must match the requirements of the machine.
If that doesn't fix the problem, you will need to replace the main PCB. Inspect the wiring to the motor inverter PCB to see if there are any issues. Fix any issues with the wiring to the motor inverter PCB. If that doesn't work, try reversing the power supply. If the power supply voltage is not high enough, get an electrician to check the supply voltage and check the PCB that controls the washing machine. Take the power supply with you if it is out of range. If it is within range, get an electrician to take care of it. If the voltage is not out of range, you will need to replace the main PCB.
You will need to open the door of your washing machine and turn off the water. If the issue is with the washing machine, try plugging it out from the wall outlet and waiting one minute. Then try running the machine again.
Take the appliance out of the wall socket and turn it off. Then, plug the appliance back in and try again. If the above steps don't help, try opening and closing the door six times in the space of 12 seconds. Run a wash and spin cycle without any clothes in it to see if the machine is working correctly.
There are different reset options for different Electrolux washing machines. Some appliances can be reset by pressing the buttons for options and soil at the same time while the front door is open. Check your manual for more detailed information.
