If you are having trouble using your Flavia device or if you are having difficulties with one of your other home appliances, the error code 321 may appear on your device's display. This message may appear when there is a software problem in your device or when your power supply is not working properly. Sometimes common issues with hardware or other server components can cause this error.
If this error appears, try a few of the following methods to try to fix it.
Normally, a coffee or other filter pack is stuck in your coffee maker. You need to remove it. Most people try to remove the filter pack by pulling it down, but doing that can damage your machine.
Turn off the power switch in the back of the coffee maker and allow it to continue working normally. When the machine is not being used, just hold the filter pack door firmly in place. Hold the machine in one hand while you quickly pull the door assembly out with the other. It should now be possible to remove the door assembly from the coffee machine.
Check the area around the door where it normally houses a filter pack or other obstruction that may be causing the door to jam. Simply push the filter pack or other obstruction along the runner toward the back of the machine and push it toward the power source. It should drop down into the waste bin. After you take the door assembly off, it is a good idea to clean the inside of the cavity that houses the door. This will help you to avoid jamming the door in the future.
Turn the machine power switch on and off to reset the mechanism. The arm will then move back to its normal position for the next time it is needed. You should have the filter pack door facing straight forward against the machine. The top of the door should sit flush against the machine. This should cause the bottom of your device to stick out slightly. Hold the top of the machine in place and give a short push to the bottom of the door to force it back into place. The door should now slide into place and look like the rest of the machine.
