Step 1: Close the Epic Games Launcher
First, close the Epic Games launcher to make sure you are not working on the Epic Games launcher in the task manager. If you do not, then your device may run into issues that will not allow you to fix the ES-OSS-3 error.
Step 2: Open Control Panel

Step 6: Click OK
After you have changed the connection settings, click OK. Close the Control Panel.
Step 7: Go to Date and Time
Now, go to Date and Time on your device. Go to Adjust Date and Time, then set the date and time automatically.
Step 8: Open Epic Games Launcher
After you have made all the changes to your date and time, open the Epic Games launcher. This will fix the ES-OSS-3 error on your Epic Games launcher.
