If you are having issues with your Hisense product or if you encounter errors while using your home appliances, then you might encounter error code E4 on your device’s screen.
To fix this error, you need to try a few solutions.
One possible solution is to replace the defrost sensor. To do this, you need to remove the two screws on the bottom of your fridge. Next, you need to remove the cover of your defrost sensor and you will see a green button.
Press the button for about 5 seconds and then release it. Next, you need to re-install your defrost sensor. After this, try using your device again.
Another possible solution is to replace the compressor of your fridge. To do this, you need to open up your refrigerator and remove all the shelves from inside it. You also need to unplug your refrigerator from its power source and plug a different appliance into its power outlet.
Next, take out all the screws on the bottom of your refrigerator and remove all its shelves. After that, place it on a flat surface so that you can access its compressor unit located underneath it. Once there is enough space around it, take out its compressor unit by unscrewing it and then replacing it with a new one.
Now reinstall all the shelves in your refrigerator by following the same steps as above while making sure that they are firmly fixed in place with screws.
Checking for faulty or loose wiring connections is also a solution you can try. Once you have identified the wires, you can replace them with new ones by following the same steps as above.
Finally, you can also check for any open or short circuit connections that might be causing your issue. To do this, you need to remove all the shelves in your refrigerator and then unplug it from its power source. Next, plug a different appliance into its power outlet and turn it on so that it can use some of its power.
Then place your refrigerator back into its original position and try using it again.
