If you are experiencing problems with your Hisense products or if you are experiencing errors while you are using them, the error code e9 on the screen of your device indicates that it is defective. On the other hand, when you are experiencing this error, it could be that something is wrong with your device or that your cable connection is having problems.
Sometimes there are certain devices or server problems that are common. These problems hinder you from using your devices properly. If you want to overcome this problem, you can try out the following solutions.
A fault code F9 indicates that a sensor has been faulty for making ice. The fault code is displayed on the freezer temperature display area. Then remove the frozen parts from the unit and keep the doors open for two days. Also, make sure that the coils on the outside of the unit are clean. It is possible for leaks to occur inside your unit, leaving your window open inside your unit, and setting it colder than necessary will both cause problems, like the ones that you have. Assure that all the vents in the unit are shut and that the door is closed tightly all around. That is also the fault code that will indicate that a humidity sensor has failed and that it needs to be replaced.
On the side that has the lint screen, remove the five screws that hold the top panel in place. The sensor that needs to be checked is mounted on one of the radiator fins. Take out the sensor and the 4 pin connector. Using a pin, remove the loose housing containing the sensor. Check for corrosion and look for components that have been damaged. On occasion, it is possible that the circuit board has been damaged by inappropriate poking or mechanical failure. Reassemble the sensor and replace the sensor if necessary.
