This error may occur when you try to compile the program properly and it occurs due to a problem with your operating system or with other applications that are installed on your computer. You might also encounter this error if there is an issue with your internet connection or if there is a problem with your computer hardware components such as hard drive, CPU or RAM. To fix this error, you need to try a few solutions.
First of all, you might experience this error when you are trying to press Ctrl+C, Ctrl+X, the Format Painter Tool or the drag and drop operation but the Clipboard is locked by another application. Other times, the clipboard is locked by another application that uses it as a part of its operation. This is because some applications use the clipboard to store and pass data. When you attempt to copy or paste this data, it gets locked. You might want to consider the option of unchecking the “Enable Clipboard” option on the Options menu. This will prevent any other application from using the clipboard in its operation.

On the General Tab, you can see the Enable Live Preview option. Make sure that this option is not selected. Click OK to close the options window.
