If this error message appears, you may feel extremely annoyed and frustrated. If you click on the text that you want to place in a field, you will see that some of the options for formatting that field are disabled. If you click on that option again, you will no longer be able to save or print the correct documents.
If you start to have problems with your programs, it is possible that you are having an issue with the software or something that happens to your computer or your internet connection. Some people may experience this error message if other software on their computers is preventing them from working properly, or if you have installed some kind of malware on your computer. You can try several ways to fix this problem.
You can easily fix this problem by just typing what you want in the field that appears on a Word document and saving it. Even though you will get an error message when saving the document (twice), the number you typed will still be there. If you close the document and re-open it, the number will still be there. Remember not to click in that field again if the problem persists. You may have to perform the save-reopen process over and over again.
Open a new Word document to modify a text field. In the Fields toolbar, select Edit text field. Double-click the text field that you have just created to open the Text Form Field Options. Change the field type to number, and change the maximum number that you can enter to be 2. In the field that opens, choose to enter the number. Change the value of the field to 0 Click OK and click OK again.
Create a new field with a text field that has a type similar to the one you are creating, but with the field type set to normal text instead of number. Click the lock icon next to the field name in the Fields Toolbar to prevent people from changing it. Try entering a 2-digit number into the field that you just created. It should work.
If the error persists, you should call the customer support or visit the company's website to request assistance. You will need to send an email to the customer service department of the software program that is causing problems. You will get a more detailed explanation of what you need to do to fix the error or give you a second suggestion for another software.
