There are a few things that you can do in order to fix this error.
Miele – F51 means that the pressure switch is defective. Pressure switch on a Miele dishwasher is located at the drain. It is supposed to detect when there is water in the tub. It is usually used to check whether there is water in the tub or not.
F51 fault means that the water heater relay is faulty but it could also mean that the water pump is jammed up. It is possible to replace the relay easily if it is faulty. You might need to connect a meter to each of the pressure switch terminals. If there is no water in the bathtub, the pump is probably blocked.
