It is possible that the motor that drives your compressor is not receiving signals from it because there is something wrong with its signal wire.
This wire is the one that sends signals from the motor to your computer.
Second, there might be something wrong with the wire that connects the signal box of your air compressor to the PCB card.
If something bad happens to the wire that connects your motor to the PCB card of your device, you will see error code E1. Check if any damage is visible to your compressor or your device's PCB card.
Third, check the PCB card that controls the internal circuits of your air compressor. If your device is not receiving signals from its internal components, it means that something is wrong with one of its internal components.
