If you are having issues with your Onida product, then you might encounter error code F2 on your device’s screen.
To fix this error, you need to try a few solutions.
First, check the signal wire that is connected to the return signal of the motor. If the motor of your air compressor stops working, something is likely wrong with its return signal wire.
This wire transmits signals from the motor to your computer, and if there is a problem with this wire, it will cause error code F2.
Second, if the wire that connects the motor to the PCB card is damaged, then you will get the error code F2. Check for visible damage on your motor. If there is damage to any of your internal components, replace your motor.
Third, check the PCB card of the indoor unit. The PCB card acts as a signal receiver from the motor. It relays these signals to the device's other components. If you encounter a problem with your device's PCB card, then you will receive this error code.
Check whether there is something wrong with your PCB card. You can easily check if there is a bad signal in your device by using a multimeter or a continuity tester.
Fourth, replace your compressor if the problem persists. You may have problems with your compressor. Also, check and replace the running capacitor on your relay. If there is a problem with the relay running capacitor, it will cause the error code F2 to appear.
This capacitor stores electrical energy and transmits the stored energy to other components inside your device. If the capacitor that is causing the error code F2 is not working properly, then the problem can be fixed easily by replacing it.
If none of the above solutions work, then you might have to contact Onida customer support for further help on the issue.
