You might encounter some errors when you try to use OnlyOffice on your computer or on your smartphone or tablet device. One of the most common errors is OnlyOffice the document could not be saved error which may occur when you try to access your encrypted documents using OnlyOffice on Windows or Mac OS X operating systems. This error can be annoying and frustrating because you cannot access your documents properly.

The problem can be caused by a server error, a network error or an issue with your computer or your internet connection. You might also encounter this error if other applications are interfering with the proper functioning of OnlyOffice on your computer or if you have malware installed on your computer. To fix this error, you need to try a few solutions.

First of all, you need to access the docker volume for nginx on sudo docker exec -it nginx-server bash. Then, go to the folder where the data is located; cd /var/www/html/data. Then, create ‘certs’ directory with sudo mkdir certs. After that, you need to copy the SSl certificates to the new directory.

cp /etc/letsencrypt/live/cloud.example.com/fullchain.pem /var/www/html/data/certs

cp /etc/letsencrypt/live/cloud.example.com/privkey.pem /var/www/html/data/certs

After you have done that, go to the Nextcloud settings option > Administration > ONLYOFFICE. Here, change "http://nginx-server 9" to "https://nginx-server" > Save changes. If the above step doesn't work, check the file name of the certificates, and make sure it doesn't have "-" at the end.

Lastly, another solution you can try is to contact the Customer Service to solve this error. You can try contacting them through their customer support number or their website. The customer support will usually ask you to send them the error code that is appearing on your screen. They will tell you what to do next for your problem and give another solution.
