Are you trying to use Quicken, but are you getting the error message 'code bid = 3000'?
Quicken for Windows is available in versions for Windows XP, Vista, 7 and 8 (32-bit and 64-bit), and for Mac OS X 10.5 or later.
It is a desktop software program that helps users track their financial information by keeping track of accounts, spending and income. It also has budgeting tools and checkbook management features.
Quicken is compatible with Microsoft Money 98/99/2000/2002 (although it requires Microsoft Money 2002 to run). Quicken supports various types of transactions: online bill payment, recurring bills, deposit transactions and direct deposit transactions with many financial institutions (such as banks).
These types of transactions can be organized into accounts such as "Grocery", "Rent", "Groceries'', etc., with sub-accounts within each category such as "Frozen Food", "Bread", etc.
Quicken has a set of categories used to organize accounts into meaningful groups such as investments, insurance policies, loans or stocks/bonds. The program tracks multiple accounts at once in an easy-to-read format, including cash accounts (checking, savings, etc.), checking and credit card accounts.
The program can also be used to create checklists for future transactions. Quicken can import transactions from bank and brokerage statements.
Quicken is supported by Quicken Online (formerly called QuickBooks Online), which allows users to access their accounts through the Internet, view and edit transactions in real time, and receive updates to the program when they are released. Quicken 2007 is no longer supported by Intuit.

One of the most common errors is the Quicken code bid 3000 Error. This error occurs commonly caused by accounts in Quicken being activated for Quicken Connect, but no longer exist on the Quicken servers.
This condition can occur if the accounts are deactivated, and then you open a copy of the file, or restore a backup of the file where the accounts were still activated. Quicken will attempt to connect to the accounts on the server, and if they are not there, it will return the above error.
To fix this problem you might need a few solutions.
What you have to do is to deactivate the affected accounts, or you reactivate the accounts for online updates.
If these steps don't help you with your problem, you have to contact customer service.
