If you encounter errors while using your Samsung air conditioner, then you might encounter error code Samsung 604 (AC) on your device’s screen. This error can occur when there is an issue with your device or it can occur when there is an issue with your power supply.
To fix this error, you need to try a few solutions.
Option 1: Replace the remote control
If you are experiencing error code Samsung 604 (AC) and the remote control is working fine, then you can try to replace the remote control.
After installing your new remote control, power on your air conditioner and press any button that says “Press” on it to test if everything works properly or not.
Option 2: Replace the indoor unit
If there are problems with either the outdoor unit or indoor unit, then you can try to replace the indoor unit. To do this, you need to remove the panel from the front of your air conditioner.
We can find this panel on the left side of your air conditioner or we can find it on the back of your air conditioner.
Once you have removed this panel, you will find a few screws and other components inside your air conditioner. Once everything is removed, you will need to remove some screws that are on the back side of your air conditioner.
After removing these screws, take out all components from inside your air conditioner. Once everything is removed, place them in a safe place, as we will need them later when installing your new indoor unit.
Then place your new indoor unit in the same spot where all of your components were placed before.
