If you are having issues with your Samsung product or if you encounter errors while using your home appliances, then you might encounter the error code C05 on your device’s screen.
This error can occur when there is an issue with your device or it can occur when there is an issue with your power supply. Sometimes, common device errors or server problems can also cause this error.
To fix this error, you need to try a few solutions.
Option 1: Clean the protective bumper.
If you see the error code Samsung C05 on your screen, then you might need to clean the protective bumper of your device. To do this, follow these steps:
Unplug your Samsung appliance from the power source. Next, remove the vacuum cleaner bag from your vacuum cleaner. Then, use a soft cloth to clean the protective bumper. If necessary, you can use a wet wipe to clean the bumper.
If your appliance has a round base, then you should use a flat piece of paper to clean it. After cleaning the protective bumper, plug your vacuum cleaner back into the power source and try using it again.
Option 2: Replace the bumper sensor.
If you see an error code C05 on your screen and it’s not caused by an issue with your device or power supply, then there is a chance that there is an issue with one of its sensors.
Remove the sensor from your vacuum cleaner. After removing the sensor, place it on a flat surface and clean it with a soft cloth or wet wipe. If necessary, you can use a lint-free cloth to clean it.
Option 3: Replace the docking station.
Replace the docking station on your vacuum cleaner and see if that fixes this error code on your screen. Sometimes, the docking station is faulty. That will make the device can't charge its batteries to the fullest.
