If you are having issues with your Samsung product, then you might encounter error code e153 on your device’s screen.
This error can occur when there is an issue with your device or power supply. Sometimes, common device errors or server problems can also cause this error.
To fix this error code, you can try the following methods:
If the drain pan has water in it, unplug the machine and wait for at least 5 minutes. After that, plug it back in and try to run the machine again.
If this doesn't work, try to clean the drain pan by removing the drain pan from the machine and carefully draining all the water from it.
Another method you can try is to reduce the water level in your washing machine. You can do this by turning off your washing machine, removing your laundry from it, and turning on your washing machine again.
Once you have done this, run a wash cycle on a normal cycle before starting a heavy wash cycle on an extended one.
You can also check if there is any water remaining in your drum by running a full load test. You can also wait for 24 hours after turning off your washing machine.
If the water is still leaking from the drain pan, then unplug the machine and wait until it dries. Then plug it back in and try to run the washer again.
If this doesn't work, then you should try to clean the drain pan by removing the drain pan from the machine and carefully draining all the water from it.
If none of these steps work, then you should check if there is any problem with your float switch. You can do this by simply removing your washing machine's float switch and testing it to see if it works properly. Or you can run a full load test on your washing machine again.
If there is still a problem with your float switch, you should contact Samsung customer support.
