To fix this error, you need to try a few solutions.
Option 1: Check for the faulty sensor.
If the power is on and you are still getting this error code, then it is likely that there is a faulty sensor. This sensor could be an infrared sensor or a motion sensor.
To check for a faulty sensor, you need to follow these steps:
- First, unplug your TCL device from the wall socket.
- Then press and hold the "Home" button on your remote control until the LED light starts blinking red (about 10 seconds). The LED light will turn off after about 5 seconds.
- Next, plug your TCL device back into the wall socket and wait for at least 5 minutes to let it reset completely.
If this does not work, then you will need to replace your TCL device's sensors. Sometimes, only one sensor is faulty. Meanwhile, in other cases, all of them are faulty.
Option 2: Switch to another electrical outlet.
