If you are having trouble using your Toshiba products or if you are getting errors while using your home appliances, then error code P10 is usually what you will receive. It can happen when something is wrong with your device or when there is a problem with your power supply. Sometimes, common errors on other devices or server issues can cause this error. You will need to try some different solutions in order to fix this error.

This error indicates that the float switch is activated in your air conditioner. Restart your unit first, as doing this will delete your air conditioner's memory. Try this before you spend money on a service call.

Remove your air conditioning unit from its power supply. So, first disconnect the appliance from the power source. Turn off the circuit breaker next to the unit or disconnect your power supply to your house. After that, put the unit in standby mode and leave it there for about 15 to 30 minutes.

Do not turn the power supply to the equipment OFF before reading the fault codes as doing this may cause the diagnostic memory to be cleared. Current fault codes are displayed automatically when you use a hard-wired remote control or when you press the Check button on an infra-red controller. Take care when removing any access panels as the electric current might be high.

Customers who are having trouble with their Toshiba products could also contact Toshiba customer service to request an engineer to diagnose the problem and to recommend the correct system restart. You will receive the same service when you call their number, and you will be allowed to visit their website when you call their number. If you receive an error message when you try to notify one of their departments about an error message that is displayed on your screen, that person will ask you to send an error message to them. When you are done doing that, you should know what to do to try and solve the problem.
