- Change the settings on LoginToConsole from true to false
- Log off every user via task manager

Check any logged sessions on the machine and see if you have any error messages that pop up on the screen. If you do, then check out the device error code for more information.
Option 2: Change the settings on LoginToConsole from true to false
LoginToConsole is a Microsoft tool that can troubleshoot software problems and logon issues. You can access this tool by using a command prompt and entering this command: login2 console -v This will open up a login window where you can type in your username and password.
It will then prompt you to enter your credentials again. We can find the settings option in the left-hand corner of the console window. You need to change this setting from true to false and restart your computer after doing so.
If you cannot change this setting, then try logging off all users with the task manager before trying to log back in again.
Option 3: Log off every user via task manager
If you still cannot resolve this issue, then you need to restart your computer with all users logged off by going into the task manager, selecting all users on your machine, and pressing CTRL+ALT+DEL together.
