Sometimes you might encounter an error while using your Roborock. This error can occur if there is an issue with your device or power supply.
To fix this error code, you can try the following methods:
Check if the charging contacts on the dock and under the device are most likely dirty. You can clean them with a dry cloth and tissue to fix this error code.
You can check if your robot has been damaged. Check also for any signs that it may have been corroded.
If you find any corrosion, try to remove it before contacting support.
If you find your Roborock doesn’t work with a different type of conversion plug, try connecting it with another one to see if this will fix this error code or not.
You can use a different type of conversion plug if you want to. However, make sure your charging cable and charging contacts are working first before doing so.
If none of the above methods work, try replacing the motherboard of your robot to fix this error code. To do so, you need to remove the battery and power of your robot first before disconnecting the charging cable from it.
Then, remove the motherboard by removing all screws around it and unplugging all cables from it. After that, take out your old motherboard and replace it with a new one.
If there is no corrosion on either of them or if they are working properly, you can fix this error code after replacing the motherboard of your robot.
If none of the above methods work, contact Roborock customer support.
