Are you experiencing issues with apps installed on your Samsung Smart TV? If a simple restart of your TV didn't solve the problem, you could try to reset the Samsung Smart Hub.

Resetting the Samsung Smart Hub

Note: This action will restore all Smart Hub settings to their factory defaults and deletes all locally stored information related to your Samsung account, linked service accounts, Smart Hub service agreements, and Smart Hub applications.

  1. Go to your Home Screen by pressing the Home Button on your Samsung Smart Control.
  2. Go to your Samsung TV Settings.
  3. Select Support > Self Diagnosis and press Reset Smart Hub.
  4. Enter your PIN and then press Done.
  5. Once the reset is complete, select OK.
